If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
- After 30 days, we can’t offer a return or exchange.
- Items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant
- Have all original tags attached
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your item.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-shaped hats
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- All international orders
In-Store Purchases
- Refunds for in-store purchases are issued as store credit only.
- We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
- Store credit never expires and can be used anytime.
- We encourage you to try on items in-store to ensure you’re completely satisfied before purchasing.
Online Purchases
- Refunds for online purchases will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed between October 15 and December 25 may be returned or exchanged until January 31.
Orders placed on or after December 26 follow our standard 30-day return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll:
- Refund your original payment, and
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
If a product becomes defective after use and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. You can always reach out to us if you need help.

- The reason for your return
